Welcome to Hawlt, the leading aggregator of PG listings in Bangalore. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and app, including the booking and reservation of PG accommodations. User Eligibility

By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking and reservation process is accurate and complete.

Booking and Reservation Process

For Tenants:

• Our platform allows you to browse and book PG accommodations in Bangalore.
• By submitting a booking request, you express your intention to reserve the selected PG accommodation. However, the booking is subject to confirmation by the PG provider. We do not guarantee the availability of the requested accommodation.

For PG Owners:

• By listing your PG on our platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the accommodation.
• You must confirm or decline booking requests promptly. Failure to do so may result in penalties or removal of your listing.

Pricing and Payment

For Tenants:

• The prices displayed on our platform are provided by the PG providers. We strive to ensure accuracy; however, errors or discrepancies may occur.
• The final price for the booking, including any applicable taxes or fees, will be confirmed during the reservation process. You agree to pay the total amount due, including any additional charges imposed by the PG provider.

For PG Owners:

• You are responsible for setting the prices for your PG listings. Ensure that the prices include all applicable taxes and fees.
• Payments will be processed through our platform, and you agree to our commission structure. Details of the commission and payment schedule will be provided separately.

Cancellation and Refunds

For Tenants:

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the PG provider. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policy before making a reservation.
• If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you must do so in accordance with the specific cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the terms and conditions set by the PG provider.

For PG Owners:

• You must clearly outline your cancellation and refund policies. Ensure that these policies are fair and transparent.
• In case of cancellations, you agree to process any applicable refunds in a timely manner as per your policy.

PG Provider Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation through our platform, both tenants and PG owners acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed by each other. These may include rules and regulations regarding check-in/out times, guest behavior, and other specific requirements. It is the responsibility of both parties to familiarize themselves with and comply with these terms.

Limitation of Liability

We act solely as an intermediary between tenants and PG providers. We do not own or operate the PG accommodations listed on our platform. Consequently, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the PG accommodations. Any disputes or claims must be addressed directly between the respective parties.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our platform are the property of Hawlt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our platform, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our platform without notice or liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
