What's included in the service fee?
The 12% service fee covers purchase assistance, package receiving, 30 days of free storage, repacking/consolidation, and shipment coordination.

How is volumetric weight calculated?
We use (length × width × height) ÷ 5000 for most couriers. If volumetric weight exceeds actual weight, the higher figure is used for pricing.
