Does FirstCry ship outside India?

FirstCry has limited international shipping with a smaller catalogue. Hawlt gives you access to the full Indian FirstCry range at Indian prices.

Can I send baby items to a relative in India?

Yes — and you don't need our forwarding service for that. But if you want Indian baby brands delivered to USA, UK, Canada or Australia, route through Hawlt.

Are diapers and formula allowed for international shipping?

Diapers, wipes and most baby products ship fine. Powdered infant formula has tighter customs rules in some countries — we'll flag it before quoting shipping.

Can I combine a FirstCry order with Myntra or Ajio?

Yes — consolidation is free for 30 days. Many NRI parents combine a FirstCry kid's lehenga with adult ethnic wear from Myntra or Ajio for festive seasons.

Will customs charge duty on baby products?

Baby clothing usually has low or zero duty in most destinations. Toys and electronics may attract duty — the shipping calculator gives a country-specific estimate.
