How much does consolidation cost?
A flat $5 per combined shipment, regardless of how many parcels are combined. The shipping saving almost always dwarfs this.
How long can parcels wait before shipping?
30 days of free storage. After that, $1/day per parcel.
Will customs treat the combined parcel differently?
Customs duty is based on total declared value of contents. A single combined parcel with the same declared value as separate parcels pays the same duty — sometimes less due to per-shipment thresholds.
Can fragile items be consolidated?
Yes. Flag fragile items in the dashboard — we use bubble wrap, fillers, and a 'fragile' label on the outer box.
What if I want a single parcel shipped immediately?
Just pick 'Ship now' on that parcel in the dashboard. Consolidation is optional, never automatic.
